We have our manufacturing facility in Talawade Industrial Area, having facility with all Modern Machinery. This is available with the land of Around 25000 Sq. Ft. area covered for workshop with all lifting & moving facility like overhead Cranes & Hydra. We have Separate Workshops for Stainless & Mild Steel Material. We are having in house facility testing of material and tubes like Hydro test, pneumatic test, eddy current test. Our quality team is followed all necessary quality control system & procedures. We have third party approved workshop with SGS / Bureau. We have on role Skilled, non-skilled labours with experienced Fitters, Welders & Helpers. We use only reputed make consumables like welding rods, gas and other relevant consumables.

This manufacturing units is with the Hi- tech pilot facilities and testing equipment. The facilities are backed by the team of experienced engineers who work efficiently to achieve complete customer satisfaction. The design department of our company is equipped with all modern software, that enable to design the product on computer and develop it according to the industry specific need of the customer.

Our commitment to quality has made it obligatory for each stage in manufacturing process to undergo Quality Assurance Checks. design and fabrication procedures as per international standards / codes like ASME, TEMA, JIS etc. are followed. Use of optimization philosophy concerned with continuous process improvements like six sigma SPC during each stage of manufacturing are keys to zero defect quality.
